I love this gourd mask that I recently created best described as a Southwestern style. I added turkey and pheasant feathers with one large pretty macaw feather in the center. It’s hand painted and adorned with black leather cord, turquoise, brass and red white heart glass beads. I normally work in clay to create masks but it’s fun working with gourds for their earthy texture and lightweightness. The gourd face is 10.5 inches diameter and 3 inches deep with the total width of mask including feathers is 28 inches and the is height 27 inches. Wired and ready to hang.
